This 1950’s bungalow underwent an extensive remodel to accommodate a large family and update the home’s overall look. The roof was replaced and raised, creating spacious vaulted ceilings. The home was enhanced with modern bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, an oversized laundry room, and a custom movie theater. The guest house was also redesigned to accommodate two bedrooms. For the family that enjoys entertaining, custom wine walls were designed and built, adding a touch of sophistication and creating a focal point within the home.
