A once dilapidated and hidden house, situated on an incredible piece of property this location was renovated to create a one-of-a-kind, custom family home. The project encompassed a complete overhaul, replacing everything within the home, including the roof, windows, insulation, floors, air-conditioning, and electrical system. The home’s kitchen and bathrooms were rebuilt featuring high-end, modern finishes, including the addition of an extra bathroom. Standout features of the renovation were the addition of an oversized custom-made bar and a fireplace accent wall highlighting the oversized great room. The end result was a warm and inviting “brand-new” home.
